Returns

Due to health and safety reasons we do not accept returns of cosmetics such as (Eye Lashes, Makeups, Eye Pencils, Mascaras, Wigs, Ponytails and all hair accessories). All electrical products that comes with a manufacturer's warranty should be sent directly to the manufacturer for the claim of warranty in the case that the item is faulty as they're all manufacturers tested. We will accept returns if your item is not of good quality or an error was made by us sending you the wrong item, but providing they have not been removed from their original packaging or show any signs of use and their security seal has not been broken and they're in a resalable condition. 

Please be sure of your purchase before finalising at the checkout, because once the item has been dispatched, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled. We also recommend you get in contact with us either by email or phone if you've made a mistake during ordering so that any mistakes can be rectified before the order is dispatched. 

All returns will be at a cost to you so please be sure before placing your order. However mistakes do happen and if buy any chance you receive a wrong item, we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our expense. 

All exchange and refunds will be made back to the original method of payment once your returns are received by us and checked that they are in their original packaging and a resalable condition and hasn't been used.
